This label is the only standard that is officially issued under the flag of the European Community, and therefore internationally recognised as value for environmental responsibility and quality. In Europe the European Eco-label is already widespread and recognized and has proven to be a valuable marketing tool. Surveys have showed that the European tourists highly value environmental protection measurements and responsible operations at accommodations. For tourists, the Flower Logo resembles reliability, responsibility and quality. Bearing this logo at your accommodation, will therefore project the image of reliability, responsibility and quality to your hotel or resort as well. Now, not only European hotels but also Asian hotels and resorts are offered the opportunity to bear the European Eco-label, giving you a step ahead on your competitors by saving the environment.
